Rhode Island College (RIC) on Tuesday, February 19th in the Student Union Ballroom.
Open to the public free.
Campus and community groups share in music, dance and food from Portugal, Quebec, Liberia, Latin America and France.
Deck Nieforth's percussion spoons handcrafted of Brazilian mahogany or teak will be available for sale at $15 at the French table.
